  Horrible, for someone who has never written a review or partaken in a negative approach. It was a bad experience, The owners were inappropriate and upon the loss of my items made no attempt to rectify the issue.
  
  In short, although writing this is my way of venting, and it will probably not get my items back, one would expect people to do the right thing in life !
